What is SoftWashing?
First and foremost, it is the preferred alternative to pressure washing. Secondly, SoftWashing is the responsible application of chemicals and detergents applied via an agricultural style sprayer. The detergents clean and disinfect whatever surface we are cleaning. Rinsing occurs with our patented low pressure equipment to ensure your property is free from the erosive qualities of pressure washing services.
What happens if it rains?
In general, a light to moderate rain will not affect our cleaning process. We constantly assess the weather conditions to ensure services are effectively and safely performed. On the day of service, should the weather be uncooperative, we will reschedule your services as soon as possible.
Do you have the right insurance?
When hiring someone to care for your home, you need to make sure that you are well protected. Not everyone with a truck and a pressure washer will have enough insurance (if any) to cover you in case of accidents. Superior Shine provides a robust $2 million policy to cover unforeseen circumstances. We also carry complete coverage of commercial auto insurance and worker’s compensation. This ensures you can use our services with confidence that the job will be completed safely and without worry.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. As well as personal checks and cash.

What is your hiring process?
Our employees are hired through a multi interaction meeting process with the intention of retaining those who are teachable, honest, joyful workers.
During the 1ST interaction meeting, we look at the potential candidate for the right character that will reflect our company’s mission – To provide a superior service experience through outstanding stewardship and technical soundness. After the 1st interaction meeting, we run an in-house background check which highlights the candidate’s previous 10 years. This background check includes criminal history as well as credit history. If the candidate passes the previous testing with quality results, a 2nd interaction meeting is scheduled as soon as possible.
During the 2nd interaction meeting, we delve deeper into their character through a reaction vs. response questionnaire, highlighting hypothetical scenarios to determine whether they have been a mature contributor in past work experiences. If we see positive symmetry and a consistent pattern of maturity, we then will schedule a 3rd interaction meeting.
The 3rd interaction meeting consists of us revisiting many subject-specific bullet-points from the previous interaction meetings to confirm consistency in presentation, mannerisms, and information. If at this point, we believe that we’ve got the strongest possible candidate, we submit their information to a third-party partner company.
